0:00  I'm satisfied with my skates today. I'm really glad that I was able to come back after the quad.
0:08  I think you know you've done a really bad quad attempts when you land forward.
0:12  You look at the judges you say you're sorry and then you fall backwards.
0:19  So I've been skating really well at home and I've been doing some really nice squads.
0:25  And so I really hope that I can show that in the free skate.
0:27  But I'm really well trains and I know that no matter what happens I can…I can handle it and
   I'm up for the challenge.
0:35  I found out that I was in third when my friend Ashley Wagner texted me and she said
"congrats you got third" and I just sent her a text back that’s lol.
   見つけて、僕は彼女にメールを送り返した、ただ、lol(エル・オー・エル: lough out loud: 大笑い)
0:48  I for my skate overall I know I'm really well trained and my little surprised to be at the
   press conference “yes”.
0:58  But like I said before I'm ready for everything and I feel like…I‘m like revitalized as a skater
and I feel like I have like a lot of power in my old age of 25.
1:13  And I'm really excited for tomorrow and I hope that I can put out an even better performance
   in a better program tomorrow.
1:20  And it'll be a good fight in the free skate.

0:25  I’m Adam Rippon and this is my season preview.
0:28  When I was talking with my coach Rafael Arutunian about what I wanted to do this season,
I told them that I wanted to do something contemporary something new.
0:38  I'm a really creative person myself and I love to have a part in the creation of my programs.
0:47  Growing up, my dad used to play the Beatles all the time and so I listened to them and
I had some input and we played around a little bit we came up with something that I really love.
1:00  And I think it's… I think it's my best program to date.
1:08  I really love this program because it's sort of an explanation of my whole career thus far.
1:17  The beginning of the program is really beautiful and really highlights a lot of things that
I've been known for in the past.
1:27  The middle part is “yesterday” and I think that's kind of like a reflection of like all the times
where I felt like I should have come through and won a competition r medaled tear and
didn’t… um… that the disappointing moments.
1:44  Then the last part is just really like joyful and it's kind of like where I am now that I'm really
excited to be 25 years old and kind of skating the best that I've ever been Skating. A real
turning point for me was when I started to incorporate the quad-lutz back into my programs.
2:02  As soon as I had but I felt like I had a weapon that my other competitors didn't have.
2:08  I feel stronger than ever. I feel ready. I feel like I have happy experience that the other guys
   don't have.
2:16  I feel like I am a leader and I want to lead the pack.
2:20  I want to win Nationals this year. I think that it's my time. I feel like everything feels right.
I have two great programs that I love. I believe and what I'm doing. And I believe that it's a
process that can help lead me to be national champion this year.
